Wellspring Treasures Thrift Store was established to provide funding for our women’s ministry, Wellspring SC. All items are donated and our beautiful thrift store is volunteer driven.
We opened our first location in 2010, moved to our second location in 2016. Six years later we arrived at our current and largest location. When the Lord opened the opportunity for this move, we could not have imagined what a blessing it would be to us and many of you as well.
In our larger space we not only have much more room for merchandise and treasures but we’ve also been able to transition from a prayer box to a prayer chapel and add a space that we refer to as the Chicken Coop for Bible studies.

Chicken Coop
One of our favorite spaces is our “Chicken Coop” where we host Bible studies, prayer groups and other teachings related to scripture. If you’re interested in Bible studies and other things happening in the Coop, fill out the contact form to be added to our email list for updates on the ministry, thrift store sales in addition to Bible study info.
Prayer Chapel
Since opening we have always had a prayer box or a prayer wall, but now we have a chapel in the center of the store where you are invited to enter in and share your burdens on a prayer card or our volunteers are always available to pray with or for you in the chapel. We collect and pray over these requests the second Monday of each month during our “Purge and Pray” day.
We often find our shoppers praying with others too. Rick is a beautiful example of knowing who to seek out that might be in need of prayer.
Thrift Store Mirror Wall
As we were getting ready to move into our current space we sensed the Lord directing us to create our “Mirror Wall’. And wouldn’t you know it, He started supplying the mirrors.
Each beautifully hung in order that you can see much of yourself.
It’s His prayer and ours too that if you find yourself in this area that you will behold His beautiful daughter, formed in His image, loved by Him, transformed by His Son, Jesus Christ.
If you don’t know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, talk to any of our volunteers and we will gladly share the difference He has made in all of our lives.
Purge & Pray
We are closed the second Monday each month for Purge and Pray.
We collect prayer request during the month and we gather together on these Monday’s to pray and do any house cleaning that’s needed in the store. It’s also a fun time to fellowship and catch up with each other.

Ministry Spotlight
Another new feature we have is our Monthly Ministry Spotlight where we invite you to join hands with ours in reaching out to other ministries in our area. Most months we have a list of items the ministries are in need of such as food, blankets, socks, underwear, diapers, school supplies, etc.
We also share any prayer requests from the ministries.
Not only are we able to collect, but it’s also a way to inform you of what other ministries offer that might be a benefit to you and your family.
When it’s time to deliver the items to the ministries we also purchase items from our monthly tithe to add to what you’ve donated in doing our part too.
